Why so many different font?

There are 5 different school fonts in Australia: NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and TAS.  Most schools in NT and WA are using VIC cursive font. However please check with your school before placing an order.

Is the ink safe for kids?

The ink used is extracted from plants so it is safe to use.

Can I use Clever Eli pen on normal paper?

Yes, the Eli pen can be used to write on any paper. But remember that the ink will disappear within approximate 5-30 minutes.

How to use and store the pen?

After using the pen, please remember to place the lid back on and keep the pen out of the sun. Direct contact with sun light will shorten the lifespan of the ink.

How long will the spare refills last?

The spare refills will last for approximately one year if stored in a cold and dry area.

How long will it take to ship within the Australia?

It normally takes around 3-5 working days. However, in certain rural areas, it might take longer. During the COVID, there might be a delay. Thanks for understanding .

Can I purchase with NDIS funding?

 Yes.

  1. If you are self-managed:  order from our website as normal and pay upfront. Please provide the NDIS number and participant’s full name in the comments box at check out and we will email through the tax invoice, so you can claim through NDIS.

2. If you are plan-managed: please email info@clevereli.com.au with the following information:

a) NDIS number,

b) participant’s full name

c) shipping address

d) plan provider’s email

We will email the invoice directly to your plan provider and as soon as the payment is received, we will dispatch the book to your preferred address and email you the tracking number.

Do I have to purchase the left grips seperately?

We created our books and outsourced the pen grips. It is very expensive for us to get the left grips. We can't afford to give it away for free. Thanks for your understanding.

However, if your little one has no issues with his/her pencil grip. He/she doesn't need to use the grip when practising our books.
