Currently, we use Australia Post standard prepaid tracking parcel delivery.
Please note, it is important to be mindful that it may take longer to receive your order due to circumstances beyond our control, such as COVID restrictions, natural disasters or transport disruptions.
Once your parcel has been posted, we will notify you via email with the tracking details and CLEVER ELI is not liable for orders once they leave our possession and they enter the Australia Post system.

We are willing to ship to anywhere in the world, and at present use Sendle as our delivery provider. However, please note that, due to the COVID pandemic, some foreign countries may have closed borders to international deliveries. There may also be internal crises that could prevent the ease of international parcel delivery.
International postage fee is based on the destination and weight of the package.

Returns Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, so please select your books carefully.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in its original brand-new condition/state.
To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase issued from us, to be included with your returned item.
In summary, please do not send your purchase back if it is:
- not in the same brand-new condition that you received it from us; or
- being returned more than 21 days after your date of purchase;
as you will not receive a refund nor exchange.
Also, we are not responsible for any damage incurred by the postal delivery service unfortunately. Please contact your postal service if your order arrives obviously damaged by its handling and delivery.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not offer exchanges for a change of mind, so please select your books carefully.
Shipping of returned item/s (ie. book/s)
If you are eligible to return your product, please be sure to include your full name and details and a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs for your original purchase are non-refundable. So, if you are approved for a refund for your item, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. In other words, you will only be refunded for the purchase price/cost of the item you are returning.
If you are shipping returned items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
